The One More APP Privacy Policy

1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is formulated by SUPER ZERO TECHINICAL CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) for the purpose of clearly informing you about the scope of personal information collected, the purposes of use, storage methods, protection measures, and rules for sharing such information during the Operator’s provision of services through the “The One More” application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). The formulation, effectiveness, performance, and dispute resolution related to this Statement shall be governed by the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Cambodia and other applicable laws and regulations.

2. By clicking the “Agree” button when registering an account on the App, or by using any of the services provided by the App such as QR code ordering, order inquiry, or payment settlement in any manner, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this Statement, including any subsequent amendments.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must read this Statement under the supervision of your legal guardian and obtain their written consent before using the App’s services.

II. Scope of Information Collection

3. Registration and Usage Information: When registering an account on the App, you are required to provide a valid mobile phone number and a self-selected account nickname. When using the QR code ordering service, the system will automatically record your order information, payment information, and ordering preferences.

4. Device and Technical Information: To ensure service stability and optimize compatibility and performance, the App may automatically collect device information (model, brand, OS version), network connection information, and application usage data.

5. Information Not Required: The App only collects information necessary for providing services and does not require sensitive personal information unrelated to QR code ordering such as identification number, passport number, detailed home address, religious beliefs, or health status.

III. Purpose of Information Use

6. Provision of Core Services: Personal information is mainly used to support scan-to-order services, account login verification, receipt generation, after-sales support, and transaction settlement.

7. Security Protection: Device and network information may be used to detect abnormal login behavior and prevent fraud or unauthorized payments.

8. Compliance Requirements: When required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the operator may provide necessary user information within legal limits.

IV. Information Storage and Protection

9. Storage Method: Personal information is stored on compliant cloud servers located within Cambodia. Some non-sensitive data may be synchronized to global security nodes using encrypted transmission.

10. Storage Period: Personal information is retained during the existence of your account. After account cancellation, core data will be deleted once the legally required retention period (generally 2 years) expires.

11. Protection Measures: The operator uses encryption storage, strict server access control, regular security audits, and agreements with server providers to ensure data protection.

V. Information Sharing and Disclosure

12. The operator will not proactively share your personal information with third parties except under the following circumstances:

18. If you continue to use the App after the updated policy is published, it will be deemed that you accept the revised terms.
